The favorite part of this retreat was the circle process. I think it is important to voice things that I push aside or ignore. I reflected on things I thought I had processed, but maybe not!

The most helpful or surprising part of today’s retreat was the yoga! And the non-judgmental conversation. The entire day was my favorite because it was something very different for me!

I had clarity in my thinking! Today’s retreat was the true unplugged feeling. I like connecting with like-minded women and the time to journal. All was good!

BE Still Retreat

Taking time out from your busy life to intentionally seek peace of mind is nourishing for the soul. My retreats will fill your heart with connection and conversation, nurturing activities to help you find your center, peaceful time for self-reflection and refreshing, cup-filling experiences. We’ll gather in a healing circle throughout the retreat because we are truly better together and can support each other. Pour into your own life and you will be better able to serve those around you.

Arrive Thursday evening to get settled in and meet new friends, enjoy a casual dinner following by centering time for yourself and as the group. We will end our day with evening meditation before our quiet finish to the day. Start Friday morning with a light breakfast followed by a gentle yoga practice, then transition into exercises designed by Beth to use silence and nature to look inward. Journaling can be a powerful tool to help give our inner self a voice that can be heard above the busy-ness of life. In this nurturing space, you will join others to share insights over a healthy lunch for the group. The beauty and peacefulness of the lake bring a sense of escape from our hectic pace and provide time to restore.
